Hi, I'm Mike Gill - Your Coaching Partner.

I am a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and hold an ICF accredited certification in Insight Coaching under the mentorship of Master Coach John Strasser of the Insight Coaching Community.

My Story
There I was. Years past a devastating, unexpected divorce after a 15 year marriage. Diagnosed with major depression. The confidence I once had in my career was shattered. Overweight, binge drinking, and unable to sustain a lasting romantic relationship.
Family, friends, coworkers - even my therapist - were all at a loss. In my mind, everything felt hopeless. And I willed it to stay that way.
Then something changed...
I can't explain why or how, but I suddenly realized that all of my problems were within my control. The only way forward was to become completely self-reliant. For the first time in my life, I could see the road ahead clearly.​

From there, everything shifted.
I ended my sick dependency on alcohol. I hit the gym and lost 35 lbs in a matter of months. I landed a new job and immediately started breaking sales records. I found the solid romantic relationship that had always eluded me. I remarried and built and wonderful blended family with my wife and our three children.

And this transformation? It happened in less than a year.

Since that turning point, it's been my mission to help others achieve the life they've always dreamed of - because I know it's possible. Nothing brings me more fulfillment than watching my clients surpass the goals they once thought out of reach.​
